- the poem describe the Philippines as "my uncertain country" because the country was full of cruel officers who is greedy to money, they are corrupt. One's justice was nowhere to be found.

-The Philippine justice system is very corrupt, weak slow and dull with blunt people in it who only thinks of money. The justice towards the poor and wealthy people are different. There is a VIP treatment for elite that is clearly unfair. The Philippine justice is as cloudy as doubts unlike to any other country's justice system that served their people right and fair.
